ILMEG develops and manufactures dust collection systems for rock drilling machines and has built a strong brand and a strong position in the construction and mining industries since 1971. The products are sold worldwide, and operations are run from the headquarters and production facility in Nyköping.

The company is now in a growth phase and sees good opportunities for significant growth in the coming years. In addition to world-leading technology in current products, new products are about to be introduced to the market. ILMEG PRODUCTS AB is part of the industrial group Eitrium, where Spiltan Invest is the main owner.

Your role

As CEO, you are responsible for the company's continued development with a focus on business development and growth. You work closely with our customers and partners within the mining and construction industries, both nationally and internationally. You drive the work of developing new business and contribute to the launch of new products on international markets.

The role involves significant commercial responsibility and regular travel both in Sweden and internationally. You lead a small organization consisting of eleven employees with high technical competence, and you will become a very important part of the company's continued expansion.

We are looking for

We are looking for you who have experience in sales and business development within technically advanced products or machinery, preferably from manufacturing industrial companies. You have worked in leading roles and are accustomed to combining strategic work with close customer relations. You are business-minded, engaging, and thrive in an environment where you get to build long-term relationships and create growth.

Your leadership is engaging with a high ability to create involvement and consensus around clear goals. Experience from industry, mining, or related sectors is advantageous, as is experience in technical product development.

You need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English and have the possibility to travel for work, both domestically and internationally. We also think it is important that you have the possibility and value the accessibility on-site in Nyköping. Much of our success comes from being a strong team that works closely together.
